To describe myself would go something like this, passionate-energetic- spiritual- fun loving-sense of humour-happy and centred most of the time!

I live in Sumner Christchurch, a small place by the sea with vibrant energy and where I currently practice from.

I was guided to do Aquarian Healing. I love to be able to connect on a physical / spiritual and emotional level giving you the tools to carry on when things get tough to put you back into balance and harmony with your life.

Another treatment I offer is a Detox Footspa, an amazing technology, therapeutic and relaxing.

Another passion is Fitness. I am part of the Les Mills Team and teach BodyStep™ and Circuit classes.

Currently I am also involved with the marketing and distribution of Alkalized Ionized Oxygenated Water Machines. Check out the video.

My personal goal: Next year Beijing Marathon with heaps of friends and family supporting.
